Job Description: Position, align, and attach integrated circuits, capacitors, and resistor networks to substrates and ceramic packages using epoxy and solder alloys, per assembly diagrams and written instructions. This process is performed manually under a microscope using vacuum pick-up tools, tweezers and dispensing equipment that requires excellent eye-hand coordination.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Ability to work in a Class 8 clean room environment while wearing a lab coat, face mask, hair net, finger cots and ESD strap.
Work independently from set-up to operating equipment, working from diagrams and written instructions.
Visually inspect own work using a microscope.
Complete process control travelers, lot control forms and oven logs.
Follow written and verbal instructions.
Work with small components.
Work under a microscope for extended periods of time.
Education/Experience: High school education or similar manufacturing experience.
Position Type: Full Time 1st Shift, Non-Exempt (overtime eligible).
Citizenship: US Citizenship or US Permanent resident required.
Compensation: Hourly, competitive based on experience.
