DATEL超高速データ収集
用に設計された14ビット超高速リニアサンプル/ホールドアンプ SHM-14 を発売
しました。70MHzフルパワー帯域、250MHzの小信号帯域を有するSHM-14は、
12ビットで25ns(±0.012%)、14ビットで35ns(±0.003%)のアクイジション
時間です。この高精度な低電力デバイスは1ps以内のアパーチャジッタと65uV
rmsの極めて低い出力ノイズ品となっています。直線性誤差は±0.0012%以内で
す。デジタルサンプル/ホールド入力は差動入力で、TTL、CMOS、ECLを含む全
ロジック互換です。

SHM-14は外形寸法10.67 x 10.67 x 1.65 mm の密閉された16ピンセラミッ
クLCCパッケージ構造で、MILスペック対応 -55～125℃の動作温度範囲になり
ます。RoHS品、非RoHS品共にご用意しております。

本製品は±5Vdc電源で、消費電力はわずか275mWです。

この製品の一般的な用途は、レーダー、マルチチャネルデータアクイジションシ
ステム、スペクトラム分析、ダイレクトIFサンプリング、CCD信号検出器の相関
ダブルサンプラーなどです。

SHM-14はMIL-PRF-38534認定工場で製造されています。
